How to Grow Bean Sprouts from Soybeans
Bamboo sprouts. This is how they are grown:
1. Select the seeds properly, choosing ones that are full, complete, alive, and have passed their dormancy period.
2. Use appropriate containers, preferably earthenware (which provides good ventilation and moisture absorption; flower pots can be used simply).
3. Place the yellow beans seeds after they have swollen from soaking, drain the water, place them in an earthenware container, and cover with a layer of damp cotton cloth to control moisture loss and surface humidity.
4. According to the conditions for seed germination and the varying needs of different seeds for "water, temperature, air," reasonably manage these factors daily by rinsing the sprouts at least twice with clean water. In winter, keep the temperature above twenty degrees Celsius; it is difficult to grow them when the temperature is too low.
5. After a few days, yellow bean sprouts reach your desired length, you can then cook and serve them on the table.
6. Note: During growth, prevent mold spoilage of the sprouts; another point is that these grown sprouts are shorter but have a different flavor.
