How to Make Oatmeal Toast?

Ingredients: Details:High-gluten flour 280 grams oat flakes 20 grams milk powder 1 tablespoon egg liquid 28 grams water 140 grams dry yeast 2 teaspoons butter 23 grams sugar 15 grams salt 3 grams
Steps:
1. Put all ingredients except butter into the bread machine, choose the mixing function for 20 minutes.Bread machine
2. Add the butter and continue mixing for another 20 minutes.
3. Remove the dough, round it, place it in a container and cover with a wet cloth to let it rise until doubled in size.
4. After the dough has risen, divide it into two parts, roll them into balls, cover them with cling film and rest for 15 minutes.
5. After resting, take one of the portions, use a rolling pin to stretch it out.
6. Roll it up from top to bottom by hand.
7. Stretch the rolled dough again.
8. Roll it up from top to bottom once more.
9. Arrange the shaped dough in the loaf pan.
10. Cover the surface of the loaf pan with a wet cloth and place it in the oven with a bowl of hot water inside, close the oven door for further rising.
11. Once the dough has risen to 9/10 full of the loaf pan, take it out.
12. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius and bake in the lower layer for 35 minutes.
13. Slice the bread to make your favorite sandwiches.
