How to Make Sago Pineapple Milk Tea
Main ingredients: 45 grams of coconut rice,Pineapple 400 grams
Seasonings:Milk 300 grams, 20 grams of rock sugar
Steps:
1. First rinse coconut rice thoroughly and soak in clear water for about an hour, then drain.
2. Peel the pineapple and remove the seeds, cut into small pieces, and blend to make pineapple juice, set aside.
3. Crush the rock sugar and add it to fresh milk, heat slowly over low flame until the rock sugar completely dissolves, then add the coconut rice and cook for about 3 minutes more before adding the pineapple juice, mix well and turn off the heat, serve hot. It can also be cooled and frozen in the refrigerator, served after freezing.
