How to Make Mango Jelly Snacks?
Ingredients:
1 cup of tapioca pearls, 6 cups of water, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of agar-agar powder,Mango 2 pieces
Steps:
(1) Peel and cut the mango into cubes for later use.
(2) Boil a pot of water, add the tapioca pearls, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes before removing and draining them.
(3) In a dry pot, mix the sugar with the agar-agar powder, then add 6 cups of water and stir until fully dissolved. Transfer to heat and bring to a boil.
(4) Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the boiling agar-agar water, stir well. Once the temperature drops slightly, add the mango cubes, then pour into a mold to cool before cutting and serving.
