How to Make Chinese Angelica Lamb Soup
Ingredients:
Lamb 500 grams;Chinese angelica root 20 grams, fresh Ginger 30 grams, 2000ml water, salt to taste;
Steps:
1. Weigh the ingredients and prepare them.
2. Boil the lamb.
3. Remove from heat and rinse with clean water.
