Ingredients:)Rice flour 250 grams, wheat starch 50 grams,Milk 150 ml, sugar to taste, salad oil,Sweet osmanthus syrup to taste, dried grape candy (I prefer a single flavor so I only chose ) dried grapes

Method:

1. Add an appropriate amount of sugar to the milk and dissolve it. Mix the rice flour and wheat starch into the milk mixture.

2. Preheat steam cooking year-old rice cake mold by applying a layer of salad oil, then place it in the steamer to heat up, remove after heating, and pour in the batter while hot.

3. Cover and steam for 15 to 20 minutes over high heat, then remove, cut into pieces, and drizzle with sweet osmanthus syrup.
