How to Clean Pig Intestines
First, use salt, vinegar and a little bit to remove the mucus from the large intestine, then rinse with clear water several times, pick out impurities,
1. Turn over the large intestine (this is hard to describe, just grab one end and push the other end into it; when done, it will be turned over),
salt, flour(I used cornstarch, but plain flour works just as well; use a small amount of salt and a lot of powder), vinegar can also be added, and a bit of oil might be put in (it seems wasteful not to add it, but you can skip it),
3. There are some lymph nodes inside the large intestine that need to be removed, keep the fat as it is very fragrant. Rub until it feels clean enough (this depends on your tolerance; I kept a lot of fat and was fine when there were no visible grass or other impurities),
4. Rinse after rubbing, wash thoroughly,
5. Turn the large intestine back to its original shape, rinse again (you can hang it under the faucet for rinsing, fun). Done~~~
