How to Make Shredded Pork Stir-fried with Mountain Potato Noodles
Ingredients:Wood ear starch 150g,Beef sirloin 100g,Cucumber 1 piece
Seasonings: 1/2 teaspoon salt,Dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon,Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon, and 1/4 teaspoon cooking wine
1. Cut the beef sirloin and cucumber into threads;Marinate the beef with half of the seasonings.

3. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, add scallions and ginger to stir-fry until fragrant, then add the marinated beef and cook until it changes color.Add the drained wood ear starch to the pan, stir-fry evenly, and add the remaining seasonings; stir for 1 minute. 4. Add cucumber threads before serving, stir-fry quickly, turn off the heat immediately.
Tip:1. Use boiling water to cook the wood ear starch and add it one by one to prevent sticking.
2. Add cucumbers at the end of cooking for a crisp texture.
3. For extra flavor, you can drizzle with a little sesame oil before serving.
Place the cucumber in the pan and quickly stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat immediately to maintain its crispy texture.
