How to Make Cheese Pudding
Ingredients:
ButterCheese 50g, 30g of granulated sugar,Lemon juice 2.5ml,Milk cream 100g,Milk 140g,Egg 1 piece
(The recipe comes from Huanhuan; as the ingredients are not sufficient, it is halved, and this amount is for 4 pudding bottles. It is suggested to double the recipe.)
Steps:
Melt cream cheese and granulated sugar by water bath while stirring until smooth.
Add lemon juice, mix well.
Gradually add milk and milk cream, stir continuously; it's recommended to do this over a warm water bath.
Stir until the mixture is smooth with no lumps.
Mix in beaten egg.
Strain the pudding liquid.
Pour the pudding liquid into bottles. Place water in the mold so that it covers half of the bottle. Place in a preheated 150-degree oven, bake with water bath, middle lower shelf, for 40 minutes.
After baking, insert a toothpick into the pudding; if it comes out clean, turn off the oven and let it sit in the oven for an hour before taking out. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
