How to Make Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients/Seasonings
Dessert Sweet for use Chocolate 100 grams, refined sugar 45 grams,Milk 1 cup, fresh Cream 3/4 cup, a little salt and vanilla extract, chocolate bars, whipped Fresh cream as needed.
Preparation Process
1. Place milk and cream in a pot, stir with a wooden spoon, heat until nearly boiling;Break the chocolate into pieces and place them in a bowl, add refined sugar and mix well.
2. Turn off the heat, gradually pour the milk into the bowl while stirring, then mix it evenly with the chocolate; after that, add salt and vanilla extract and stir.
3. Hold the bowl close to iced water and stir to cool, then transfer it to a flat mold and put it in the refrigerator for freezing for 1-2 hours.
4. Stir when nearly frozen, then refreeze for 3-4 times more.
