How to Make Honey Glazed Wings
Main ingredients:Chicken wings about 700 grams, raw Ginger a small piece, Sichuan pepper or black pepper as needed Honey one tablespoon Soy sauce, or steamed fish soy sauce or steaming an appropriate amount, salt as needed, cooking wine as needed
Side dish:Lulü celery one Red bell pepper one, salt as needed, cooking wine as needed
Method:
1. Wash the chicken wings thoroughly with warm water, drain and set aside.
2. Place the chicken wings in a pan, cook over low heat until the skin is oily.
3. Once one side is golden brown, flip and continue cooking until both sides are golden brown.
4. Add water to cover half of the chicken wings; this type of feed chicken cooks easily, so you don't need much water or a long time to cook.
5. Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine,steamed fish soy sauce, pepper powder, ginger, honey, stir-fry together, bring to a boil and then simmer on low heat; add salt when the chicken wings are 80% cooked.
6. Once the sauce has almost reduced, switch to high heat and stir-fry for a moment until the color is beautiful; it's ready to serve.
7. In another pan, add a little oil, then add red bell pepper,fermented soybean paste and sauté until fragrant.chili is basically not spicy after such stir-frying.
8. Peel and slice the lulü celery.
9. Add salt and cooking wine, stir-fry evenly.
10. Turn off the heat, place the chicken wings on top of the celery slices.
