How to Make Huang Mi Steamed Meat Xiao Chang?
Main ingredients:Pork belly 350g,Rice flour 100g,Lotus leaves 1 sheet
Seasonings: 10g of oil,Doubanjiang 10g, 15g of sweet soy sauce,Dark soy sauce 10g, 15g of cooking wine, 1 piece of green onion,Ginger 1 piece
Steps:
1. Prepare the ingredients and soak the rice flour for 3 hours.
2. Cut the lotus leaves into small pieces and boil them in water.
3. Slice the pork belly, mix it with sweet soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Doubanjiang, oil, green onion, and ginger; marinate for 30 minutes.
4. Mix the soaked rice flour with the seasoned meat.
5. Place three pieces of meat coated with rice flour on each lotus leaf.
6. Wrap them up and arrange in a dish.Place in a pressure cooker Steam for 25 minutes.
Tip: Soak the rice flour first before steaming.
