How to Make Watermelon Juice?
When buying groceries, I couldn't get the fruits I wanted because I was carrying too many vegetables. While sorting through the vegetables,I decided to make a soup with a winter melon that was originally planned for making soup.the winter melon, and had an idea to use the melon as a substitute for fruit!
It's very simple, give it a try!
Half a winter melon, one bottle of O'Melo (just a little bit is needed)
Use a spoon to cut the winter melon into ball shapes.
Boil in a pot until cooked. Don't boil for too long or the melon will become mushy. About 3 minutes.
Pour the O'Melo over the cooked melon balls and refrigerate to chill, about an afternoon.
Take out of the refrigerator and place in a salad bowl.(If you don't have sugar, honey can also be used)
Sour and sweet is me....
Eating winter melon in summer is good! It helps with diuresis and reducing swelling.
