Pie Base: Oreo Cookies(Crushed) 100 grams, Filling:Butter 40 grams,Cream Cheese80 grams, Sugar 40 grams, Milk 220 milliliters, Cocoa Powder 40 grams, Gelatin Sheets 7.5 grams, Whipped Cream 250 milliliters, Finish: Vanilla Ice Cream 55% Baking Chocolate, (6-inch heart mold) Steps:
1 Prepare the base
2 Mix the cheese with sugar until smooth
3 Dissolve cocoa powder and gelatin sheets in hot milk, mix into the cheese mixture
4 Whip the cream to stiff peaks, fold into the cheese mixture
5 Pour the prepared filling into a mold, refrigerate for 2 hours until set
After unmolding, decorate with vanilla ice cream balls and drizzle with chocolate.
Tips:
I used sweet cocoa powder. If using unsweetened cocoa powder, increase the sugar content appropriately.
