1. Place the dark chocolate in a bowl and melt it over hot water, mix well;
2. Put the gelatin powder in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water, and dissolve it over hot water; then combine it with the milk and stir uniformly;
3. Pour the milk solution into the chocolate from step one, mix thoroughly;
4. Whip the whipped cream with sugar until slightly runny;
5. Gradually pour the chocolate mixture from step three into the whipped cream, stirring continuously as it is added until fully mixed to make dark chocolate mousse;
White Chocolate Mousse preparation is the same
Assembly









1. Place two slices of cocoa cake in a springform pan;
2. Pour all the dark chocolate mousse into the cake, chill in the freezer for 10 minutes;
3. Remove and arrange strawberries around the cake, then place another slice of cake in the center;
4. Pour white chocolate mousse over it, chill to set before removing from the pan;
5. Add a black chocolate border;
6. Arrange raspberry slices on top, pipe cream flowers using a round tip;
7. Sift cocoa powder over the surface.
Sift a layer of cocoa powder using a sieve.
