This is the quantity for an 8-inch cake:
Preparation of banana mousse filling:
One banana,Milk 150ML, Anli Whipping Cream 200 grams, 2 gelatin sheets, 50 grams of fine sugar
Method:
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in 50ML of milk and heat them in a microwave or over a water bath until melted.Microwave melted or gently heated to melt and set aside for use;
2. Blend 100ML of milk and one peeled banana with a blender;
3. Pour 1 into 2, mix evenly, then set aside;
4. Whip the cream with 50 grams of fine sugar until slightly stiff peaks form, then pour it into 3 and mix thoroughly to make the banana mousse filling.
Preparation of chocolate mousse filling:
240 grams of black chocolate, 180ML milk, 400 grams of whipping cream, 3 gelatin sheets
Method:
1. Heat the milk and add the chocolate to melt; if not fully melted, gently heat over a water bath until completely melted;
2. Soak the gelatin in water and then pour it into 1 and mix thoroughly;
3. Whip the cream to slightly stiff peaks and then pour it into 2 and mix well to make the chocolate mousse filling.



Assembly:
1. Take an 8-inch springform pan and first place a layer of Spongy cake on it, then pour in the banana mousse filling, top with chopped bananas for added flavor;
2. Place another layer of cake on top, pour in the chocolate mousse filling, level out, and refrigerate until set overnight;
3. After one night's chilling, demould by gently heating the edges with a hairdryer, then decorate as desired.
