How to Make Orange Cake Roll?
Ingredients:
Room temperature Eggs 4 pieces, 80g low flour, 50g sugar,Orange juice 80ml, 60ml oil, a little salt, white Vinegar A little bit
Steps:

4. Take 1/3 of the beaten egg white, fold it into the yolk mixture, then pour back into the remaining egg whites and gently mix evenly; pour the mixture onto a lined baking tray. Tap the baking tray twice to remove air bubbles, preheat the oven at 180 degrees;Oven;
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce to 165 degrees for another 10 minutes; finally, use top heat for an additional 2 minutes;
6.Egg Muffin After baking, turn out and peel off the paper, place the cake cut-side down on a new sheet of parchment paper. Spread orange Jam on the surface, use a rolling pin to help roll up the cake with the parchment paper (roll away from you as if unrolling, allowing the cake to naturally roll in the desired direction), then cut into slices according to preference.
