How to Make Oat Chocolate Cookies?
Ingredients:
Butter Oats Flour All-purpose flour MilkEgg Chocolate
Steps:
1 Melt the butter and mix with egg liquid.
2 Half of the butter and egg mixture is combined with oats, flour, and milk.
3 The other half of the butter and egg mixture is added with oats, flour, and melted chocolate. The chocolate-added dough was a bit sticky, so I coated it with additional oats, kneaded for a while but remained slightly sticky, so I added more flour.
4 Form two doughs into rectangular shapes and freeze in the freezer for 2 hours.
5 Cut along the length axis, stack alternately, and refreeze for a bit. Preheat the oven to 175℃.175℃ 6 Slice along the short axis, place on a baking tray, and bake at 175℃ for 15 minutes.
7 The leftover scraps were cut into triangular cookies.
Dry, I decorated with remaining chocolate (O(∩_∩)O I am such a frugal child! )Haha, the last few pieces were too lazy so I didn't decorate them all, instead dipping them in chocolate sauce. Dry, use the remaining chocolate to decorate (O(∩_∩)O I am a thrifty child!)), finally, a few pieces were too lazy so they were not decorated one by one and instead dipped in chocolate sauce directly.
