How to Make Animal Cracker Cookies
Ingredients:
Low-gluten flour 180 grams, Milk powder 20 grams, Egg yolks 1, fresh Granulated sugar 80 grams, Butter 100 grams, Milk 10 milliliters Method:
1 Prepare the ingredients and let the butter sit at room temperature until it can be shaped with your fingers.
2 Beat the softened butter to a smooth consistency using an electric mixer.
3 Add 80 grams of granulated sugar and beat until the mixture turns slightly pale in color.
4 Mix in the egg yolks thoroughly.
5 Combine the flour and milk powder, sift them together, then mix into the beaten butter along with the milk; stir to combine.

6 Knead into a dough, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
7 Remove the chilled dough from the refrigerator, roll it out to about 3 millimeters thick, and stamp out
cookie shaped pieces using molds. 8 Prepare all animal-shaped cookies in succession,
place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
9Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, bake the cookies on the middle rack for 10-13 minutes.

Tip:
The chilled dough is not easy to roll out initially; you can use your palm to flatten it first before rolling to make the process easier.
