How to Cook Fresh Shrimp for Tender Result
Shrimp should be soaked in water for half an hour or one hour.
Boil half a pot of water (just enough to cover the shrimp).
Prepare the raw ingredients.Slice the ginger and put about four slices into the boiling water. Boil with the water until it comes to a boil.
Shrimp should be added when the water is boiling, for about one minute.
Or, remove the shrimp once their color turns orange-red.
Do not place the dish in water; only put the shrimp on the plate.
Prepare condiments in a small bowl.
Add soy sauce.Add sesame oil and ginger threads. Eat it directly or add more ingredients to taste.
If you don't like ginger, omit it. If you prefer oyster sauce, use that instead; it's very simple.
