How to Make Fragrant Glutinous Rice Chicken

Ingredients:

First, process the chicken:
1. Heat a wok and add oil. Add all spices and cook over low heat until fragrant, then switch to high heat and add the chicken, stir-fry.
2. Add the drained glutinous rice, continue stir-frying.
3. Add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce and oyster sauce according to taste, use less salt, stir well and turn off the fire. Take out the lotus leaf, open it up. Pour in the stir-fried chicken and glutinous rice. Wrap tightly. Place in Steam pot.(Originally planned to place in a small steamer, but this lotus leaf wrap was too large) Start with cold water, steam over high heat for 1 hour.
