How to Make Pork Dumplings

Ingredients:Pork dumpling wrappers, ground pork,soy wine, salt, black pepper powder,soy sauce (light),soy sauce (dark), seaweed,fermented vegetable,lard.Filling preparation:
1. Chop the lean meat into fine paste and add a little water, soy wine, salt, black pepper powder, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Mix in one direction until well combined.
2. Finely chop green onions, ginger, lotus root, and set aside.
3. Add the chopped green onions, ginger, and lotus root into the meat filling and mix well.4. Prepare a small bowl of water mixed with cornstarch.Doughing Method One:1. Place a dumpling wrapper flat on your palm and put an appropriate amount of filling in the center. 2. Fold the wrapper in half.
3. Fold again.
4. Fold the lower left and right corners together, moisten with water-starch mixture and seal.

Doughing Method Two:
1. Place the filling at the end of a dumpling wrapper as shown in the diagram.
2. Roll up from one end.
3. Continue rolling.
4. Fold the lower part over, moisten with water-starch mixture and seal.

Boiling:
1. Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil in a pot.
2. Prepare shredded fermented vegetable, seaweed pieces, and chopped green onions.
3. Once the water is boiling, add the dumplings. When they are cooked, add the seaweed, fermented vegetable, lard cubes, and sprinkle with green onions and black pepper powder before turning off the heat.
If using chicken broth or stock as the base will make it taste even better.

You can customize your condiments based on personal preference; you could add shrimp chips, egg slices, chili oil, etc.

Prepare a bit of pickled mustard greens, seaweed flakes, and chopped green onion.
Boil water, add the dumplings. When cooked, add the seaweed, pickled mustard greens, small pieces of pork fat, sprinkle with green onions and pepper powder, then turn off the heat.

ps:
While cooking the dumplings, using chicken brothor stock will taste better.
Additionally, you can use your preferred condiments as side toppings, such as shrimp chips, omelette slices, chili oil, etc...
