How to Make Instant Noodle Dumplings
The ingredients/spices:
Dumplings Wrappers Half a catty
150 grams ground pork
Chopped scallions 1/3 cup
Instant noodle Ramen noodles Half a package
Ramen seasoning pack 1 pack
Instant dumplingsPan-fried dumplings Dipping sauce as needed
Preparation process:
(1) Mix the ground pork, chopped scallions, crushed ramen noodles, and ramen seasoning pack to make the filling.
(2) Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in each wrapper, moisten the edges with water, and seal by folding in half tightly.
(3) Boil a pot of water and cook the dumplings for about 10 minutes. They are done when they float to the surface. Dip them in sauce when eating.
The instant noodle dumplings can also be made into pan-fried ones, by Dressing adding 2 tablespoons of salad oil to a frying pan and heating it. When the oil is warm but not too hot, arrange the dumplings in the pan and press them slightly to stand upright. Pan-fry for 2 minutes until the edges turn golden yellow, then add 3 tablespoons of water, cover with a lid, and simmer on medium-low heat for 4 minutes until the water evaporates. Remove from the heat and serve with sauce.
