100 grams of thirteen spice,70 to 90 grams of monosodium glutamate (freshness 99%), 36 grams of fine salt, one package of Special Fresh No. 1, raw ginger and 40 grams of green onion each,7 grams of sugar, 25 grams of leavening powder,250 grams of red sorghum starch. Put all the ingredients into the marinated meat strips and mix well. Let it marinade for an hour, then skewer for grilling.
