How to Make Cheese Seafood Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Rice 100g,Green pepper 1/4 piece,Red pepper 1/4 piece,Shiitake mushrooms 2 pieces,Shrimp 5 pieces,Olive oil 1 tablespoon (15ml),Cheese 60g, salt as needed,Black pepper as needed
Preparation:
Cut the green and red peppers into small cubes, and slice the shiitake mushrooms. Mix rice with olive oil, then add salt and black pepper to mix well.
Add the green and red pepper cubes to the rice mixture, place the shrimp and sliced shiitake mushrooms on top, and layer with cheese slices.
OVEN Bake in an oven using the bakery mode at 171℃ for 5 minutes before placing the baking tray in a foil-lined lower rack and bake for another 15 minutes. Tip:To prevent the cheese from burning, cover it with aluminum foil before baking. Preheat in Bake mode at 171℃ for 5 minutes, place the baking tray on the lower layer lined with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
