How to Make Oat Milk Pudding
OatsMilk Custard
Ingredients:
60 grams of oats, 500 ml of fresh milk, 4 whole eggs, 100 grams of sugar,Raisins Dried As needed
Steps:
1. Boil half the milk and pour it over the oats, mix well and set aside.
2. Heat the remaining half of the milk to 40℃, then add the eggs and sugar, stir in one direction with an egg beater, strain twice, then mix with the soaked oats.
3. Pour the custard liquid from step 2 into a cup (how full? ), cover with cling film, and steam in a pressure cooker for 12 minutes.Steam For 12 minutes.
