How to Make Blueberry Double Layer Milk pudding

Ingredients:Milk 250ml, 2 egg whites, sugar to taste

Steps:

1 Pour the milk into a pot and heat until just boiling.

2 Remove from heat and pour the milk into a bowl, allowing it to form a skin layer.

3 Siphon off the milk below the skin, leaving a little in the bottom of the bowl.

4Egg yolks Separate the egg whites from the yolks



5 Mix the egg whites and the siphoned-off milk, then strain through a sieve.

6 Add sugar to taste according to your preference.

7 Carefully pour the mixture back into the bowl with the skin layer along the edges of the bowl.

8 Cover the bowl with cling film.



9 Place the bowl in a pot with cold water, and cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes. Do not open the lid during cooking; let it sit for another 5-10 minutes before opening.

10 Drizzle with blueberry sauce before serving.
