How to Make Red Bean Pudding

Ingredients:
3/4 cup adzuki beans
1 package of glutinous rice (about 10 grams)
1 cup fresh milk
7 ounces sugar
Steps:
1.
Soak the adzuki beans in water for 3 hours, then drain.

Boil an appropriate amount of water, add the adzuki beans and cook on low heat until soft, about 1.5 hours. Drain the adzuki beans and let them dry.
3.
Softly soak the glutinous rice in water, then remove it when done.
4.
Bring 3 and a half cups of water to a boil, add the glutinous rice and cook on low heat until dissolved, add sugar and bring to a boil. Then add the adzuki beans and bring to a boil again. Add the fresh milk and bring to a boil, then pour into a pre-coated container. Cool it down and freeze before serving.
