How to Make Gold Glutinous Rice Cake?

Ingredients (for six people):
Corn flour 100g
High-gluten flour 100g 100g
Baking powder 0.6 teaspoon
Sugar 20-40g (use the minimum amount of 20g if there are elders at home)
Warm water 200cc
Dried yeast 1 teaspoon
Dry Red dates and goji berries in appropriate amounts Pumpkin seeds in appropriate amounts A small amount of oil (for greasing the mold) Makes (corresponding to the step numbers in the image):
1. Weigh all ingredients, with corn flour and high-gluten flour in a 1:1 ratio.

The yeast should be removed from its packaging before use.
2. In a clean large bowl, add all corn flour and high-gluten flour.3. Add baking powder. 4. Add sugar according to personal preference. Use the minimum amount of 20g if there are elders at home; standard is 35-40g.
5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
6. Test water temperature with your hand, it should be close to body temperature.
Pour in the dried yeast and mix well.7. Add the yeast water in two or three portions gradually; do not add all at once to avoid too thin batter.8. The mixed batter should be thick enough that when you dip a chopstick into it, the batter clings without falling off.
9. Grease the mold lightly with oil.
10. Pour in the batter and sprinkle several whole red dates on top.11. Cover the mold with a lid or a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place.
12. After rising, the batter will double in volume (in terms of volume).
13. Sprinkle some goji berries and pumpkin seeds on the surface.
14. Steam for 40 minutes in a steamer pot over high heat.
Pour the batter in, add a few dried jujubes evenly. Cover with a lid or a damp cloth and place in a warm location to proof.
The proofed batter will increase in volume by about one time (referring to its size). Sprinkle an appropriate amount of goji berries and pumpkin seeds on the surface.
Place it Steam in a steamer pot over boiling water for 40 minutes.
