How to Make Garlic Sauce Pig Ear Jelly?
Ingredients:Pigskin 300 grams, garlic,cilantro as needed
Seasonings: salt 1 teaspoon, high soy sauce as needed

1. Let the pigskin thaw naturally, then soften it with hot water; remove any hair and wash it before cutting into thin strips;
2. Finely chop the garlic, place in a small bowl, and mix with soy sauce to create a dressing;
3. Boil some water in a pot, add the pigskin when cold, bring to a boil, then remove and rinse with cold water;

5. Once it reaches a semi-gelatinous state, turn off the heat and let it cool; refrigerate for 4 hours, then remove from the refrigerator, slice, and drizzle with garlic soy sauce before serving.
