Ingredients:

Pigskin·500 grams of salted skin Peanuts·10 grams of green onions, 3 stalks fresh Ginger·a small piece Chicken broth·1 tablespoon Black pepper·Fine salt·1 teaspoon Monosodium glutamate (MSG)·1.5 grams

Method:

1. Clean the green onions and ginger, then chop them into fine pieces;
2. Wash the pigskin, cut it into pieces, place it in a pot, add chicken broth, black pepper, chopped green onion, and chopped ginger; cook over high heat,until boiling, switch to medium fire to simmer until the pigskin melts; 3.
