How to Make Home-style Fried Pancake with Meat?
Ingredients: pancakes, Chinese cabbage, carrot, beef sirloin, garlic, ginger , round cabbage,Chinese cabbage, hurricane radish,beef sirloin, garlic, ginger,sour sauce, rice flour;vinegar,

Steps:
First, cut the pancakes into strips.Cut round cabbage and carrot into strips. Pound garlic, slice ginger. Second, marinate the beef strips with wine, soy sauce, and cornstarch for ten minutes.Third, heat oil in a pan, stir-fry ginger until fragrant, then quickly add the beef strips, cooking until they turn white, remove and set aside. Fourth, reheat some oil, add garlic, stir-fry till fragrant, then add pancake strips, cook until slightly golden. Add round cabbage and carrot strips, mix well with salt and MSG. Add cooked beef back in and mix thoroughly. Fifth, serve and adjust to taste by adding vinegar or chili oil if desired.
Two, marinate the shredded meat with cooking wine, light soy sauce, and cornstarch, let it sit for ten minutes.
Three, heat oil in a wok, stir-fry ginger until fragrant, then quickly add the meat strips and cook until they turn white; remove and set aside.
