How to Make Pancake With Leeks Box
Fry.Pancake.Chinese chives. Box.
Ingredients:
250g Chinese chives,Egg 3 pieces,Pancakes 3 sheets, dried shrimp 30-50g, salt, cooking wine,Tangyuan powder, Vegetable oil,
Steps:
1. Rinse the dried shrimp and set aside.
2. Beat the eggs well, add a little salt and one or two drops of cooking wine (cooking wine can remove the fishy smell from the egg), stir-fry quickly in a pan, cook into egg crumbles, and set aside.
3. Wash the Chinese chives, drain the water, cut them into very short pieces, place them in a bowl, and set aside.
4. Pour a little oil over the chopped Chinese chives to mix well, then add cooked egg crumbles and dried shrimp, and add some salt and Sichuan pepper powder to mix evenly. The filling is ready.
