How to Make Pot-Sticked Tofu
Pan-fried Tofu Main ingredients: two pieces of tofu,Egg Whites two, cooked Sichuan Radish Shreds a little. Seasonings:Pork oil sesame oil,Cornstarch cooking wine, green onion,Ginger Powder, and a little MSG each. Method: (1) Cut the tofu into rectangular thin slices about 0.5 inches thick and 2.5 inches long, sprinkle with salt, coat with a bit of cornstarch, dip in egg whites, and fry each slice until golden brown in oil, then drain;(2) Add more pork oil to the pot, stir-fry with green onions and ginger powder, add cooking wine, tofu, salt, MSG, and half a spoon of Dashi, simmer for a moment, when the broth is almost dry, add sesame oil, and serve in a dish.
