How to Cook Sushi Rice
Ingredients:
Sushi rice Rice 370 grams, 710 milliliters of water, Rice Rice vinegar 120 milliliters, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil,Sugar 4 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon of salt
Steps:
1. Bring to a boil on the stove;Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is soft and sticky, all the water has been absorbed. Remove the pot from the heat source. Let the rice cool down to a touchable temperature. Set aside to cool.
2. In a small saucepan, add vinegar, oil, sugar, and salt; cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Allow the mixture to cool. Then mix it into Rice evenly. When first mixed in, the rice appears very moist. Continue stirring the rice so that when cooled, it will appear dry.
