How is potato pancake tofu made?
Ingredients:Tofu 250 grams,Egg 1 piece, chopped green onions, ginger slices in small amount, 1/4 teaspoon of salt.Baking soda a little bit,
Worcestershire sauce Monosodium glutamate (MSG) soy sauce cornstarch Marinate the tofu for 10 minutes with the above ingredients.
1 Cut the tofu into slices that are 0.5 cm thick, 5 cm long, and 2.5 cm wide,flour and egg batter on both sides, then fry until golden brown, remove from oil.
2 In a pan with remaining oil, add chopped green onions and ginger for flavoring,broth or water with MSG can be used as well, add salt in small amount, bring to a boil over high heat,MSG then reduce heat and cook until the broth is almost dry.
