How to Make Tofu Kua Dao?
Ingredients: Old Tofu Tofu 500 grams,Minced Pork 50 grams,Eggs 2 pieces
Seasonings: Chopped Scallion,, Salt, Five-spice Powder, Chicken Essence Sugar,Soy Sauce,and Sesame Oil, Cornstarch, Dry Starch, Water, and appropriate seasonings Pot-Tossed Tofu
1 Cut the old tofu into thick slices; beat the eggs and mince pork. 2 Beat the eggs. Coat the tofu with dry starch first.
3 Dip the tofu in egg batter after coating with dry starch.

4 Fry the tofu until both sides are golden brown and set.
5 Heat oil, then add the minced pork and fry until it changes color.
6 Add the ginger and scallion
7 Add soy sauce, five-spice powder, sugar, salt, stir-fry evenly.
8 Place the fried tofu in the pan.
9 Simmer with appropriate water for a moment,
Add chicken essence, sesame oil, and wet starch to thicken. Cook until done, sprinkle with scallion
