How to Make Peaked Tofu on Shopee

Shrimp Skin-Crumbed Tofu Method 1. Gather all ingredients,
North China Tofu wash and cut into slices, add a bit of salt to marinate; beat the egg.2. Prepare a flavor sauce:
Bone Broth + Ginger Finely Chopped+ Salt + White Pepper Powder 3. Squeeze out excess water from the tofu, then coat it with a layer of dry flour, followed by a layer of beaten egg, and cook in a flat pan over medium-low heat until golden brown.4. Pour the prepared flavor sauce into the pan, bring to a boil, add the fried tofu slices, and simmer on low heat until the sauce has thickened significantly. Finish with chopped green onions. Both adults and children can enjoy it~
Drain the excess water from the tofu.Dust the tofu with a layer of dry flour. Next, coat it in egg liquid, and fry in a flat pan.
Pour the previously prepared broth sauce into the pot, bring to a boil, then add the fried tofu slices and simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens significantly.
