Cooking Method
1. Wash the shrimp with brine, then rinse with water until dry;
2. Drain the shrimp completely, marinate with salt, wine, pepper powder, egg white, cornstarch for 10 minutes, cut green onion into segments and ginger into slices;
3. Heat oil in a pan, once hot, add the shrimp until they turn color, then remove; next, use another oil to sauté the green onion segments, ginger slices followed by the shrimp, season with salt, MSG, sesame oil, pepper powder, and stir-fry for a few seconds before serving.
