How to Make Three-Thread Cold Noodles
Cold Face Ingredients:
Eggs,Steamed noodles. Seasonings for cold face:
Soy sauce
, Vinegar , Peanut , Sesame oil , Chili oil , Preparation method for cold noodles:
1. Boil a large pot of water, add eggs and steamed noodles, bring to a boil over high heat, then add one bowl of cold water, stir, and cook until boiling again;
2. Remove the noodles from the pot, drain, and mix with sesame oil before cooling;

4. Heat another wok with oil, stir-fry bamboo shoot strips, season with salt, add a small amount of water and cook over high heat for 2 minutes;
5. Add green pepper strips and cooked meat strips, stir-fry briefly before serving.
