How to Make Conpoy Rib Porridge?
Ingredients: black hair ( )pork spare ribs bones 200 grams (from Futian Network),dried shrimp 15 grams,rice 150 grams, green onion,ginger,coriander a little bit,oil-fried bread sticks( ) salt and black pepper.
Method:
1 Rinse the rice, soak for half an hour, drain and mix with 1 tablespoon of oil;
2 Clean the dried shrimp and soak in warm water;
3 pork ribs cut into small pieces, blanch, then wash,
4 Place the pork ribs and ginger threads in a pot, add enough water, pour in the soaked dried shrimp and their soaking water together;
5 After the pork ribs come to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes,
6 Pour in the soaked rice, bring to a boil then cook on medium heat for about 40 minutes until porridge is smooth and creamy; 7 Season with salt and black pepper as desired. Sprinkle coriander, green onion, and ginger threads or oil-fried bread sticks to taste when serving.
