How to Make Yam Porridge

Ingredients:
Yam 30 grams Carrot Radish 20 grams Rice 30 grams Spinach mixture 2 cups water
   
Method:
1. Peel yam,carrot peel, cut into small cubes (about 1 cm square).
2. Add rice and 2 cups of water to a pot, bring to a boil, add yam and carrot, simmer for about 15 minutes, then add spinach mixture.

Suitable for infants aged 10-12 months
