[Ingredients/Seasonings]

Sesame oil 1/3 tablespoon(1) Wash the spring onion and black wood ear mushroom, cut the spring onion into segments and the black wood ear mushroom into strips for later use. If the fermented vegetables are too large, they can be slightly cut into smaller pieces.

If using oil-fried noodles, pre-cooked mutton strips, it can be made into a cold salad Yang Chun noodle. Suitable for summer consumption.
