[Ingredients]
Pork liver 300 grams
Soft Fresh ginger Sliced 150 grams
Water 4 cups

(4) Sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon
Rice wine 1 tablespoon

[Cooking Steps]
(1) Wash the pork liver, drain, and slice it into pieces 0.5 cm thick; prepare soft ginger by washing and slicing.
(2) Season the pork liver with a small amount of salt, then soak in water for 30 minutes before rinsing and draining again.
(3) Bring a pot of water to a boil, coat the pork liver slices with cornstarch, and blanch until cooked through, then remove from heat and drain.
(4) Boil 4 cups of water, add ginger slices, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and cook together.
(5) Add the pork liver pieces and simmer for 1 minute before turning off the heat immediately.
