How to Make Stir-Fried Noodles

Ingredients:Flour 400 grams, Mongolian Butter 50 grams,Walnuts 80 grams, roasted Sesame seeds 60 grams, Pumpkin seeds 40 grams Method:

1 Wash the roasted walnuts and fry them in a pan without oil over low heat until cooked through, stirring frequently.

2 Remove the fried walnuts from the pan and let them cool slightly before chopping them into small pieces.

3 Crush some of the roasted sesame seeds using a rolling pin.

4 Add flour to a dry pan and stir over medium heat.

5 Stir continuously until the flour turns golden in color, and you can smell the aroma of cooked flour.



6 Once the flour is done cooking for about 30 minutes, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly. If there are lumps, sift them out.7 Melt the butter in a pan over low heat. 8 Stir the melted butter until it becomes warm again, then add the cooked flour to the pan and stir continuously.

9 Mix the flour and melted butter thoroughly.

10 Add the chopped walnuts,

black sesame seeds



and pumpkin seeds into the mixture.

11 Stir everything together until well mixed, then turn off the heat. Continue stirring for a few more minutes using residual heat.

12 Allow it to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.13 To serve, scoop some of the fried flour mixture into a bowl and add sugar or salt according to taste. Pour hot water over it and stir until it forms a paste. You can also top with dried grapes

and other dried fruits. After it has completely cooled, store it in an airtight container.
