How to Make Indian Fried Noodles
Main ingredients:Noodles- 500g, Napa cabbage - 200g,Chicken meat - 200g
Side ingredients:Chili peppers- 1 piece, Lime juice - 3 tablespoons, Green onions -, Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Seasonings: Tomato sauce - 3 tablespoons,Sichuan pepper sauce- 3 tablespoons,Soysauce- 1 tablespoon, Salt - 0.5 teaspoon,Monosodium glutamate (MSG)- A little, Soy sauce paste - 1 tablespoon Method:(1) Slice the chicken into thin strips and mix with a little cornstarch.
(2) Chop the Napa cabbage into large pieces.
(3) Slice the chili peppers.
(4) Cut the green onions into segments.
(5) Stir-fry the garlic paste, then add all other ingredients except the green onion segments. Cook until well combined and half a cup of water is added. Continue to cook until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add the green onion segments, stir evenly, and serve.

After sautéing the garlic, add all the ingredients and seasonings (excluding the green onion segments), stir-fry until evenly mixed, pour in half a small bowl of water, cook until the moisture is mostly evaporated, sprinkle with the green onion segments and stir ly, then serve.
