How to Make Spicy Sour Soup?
Ingredients:Tofu,Mushrooms,Black Fungus,Ham(or cooked chicken strips)Eggs Sliced silk threads, meat slices),Squid and sea cucumber can be added to make a seafood version.. Seasonings:Chicken stock Vinegar Soy sauce, cooking wine,black pepper powder, salt, water starch, and sesame oil.
The preparation of the sour and spicy soup 1. Cut the ham into thin strips.,2. Slice the tofu thinly.,3. Also slice the mushrooms. 4. Clean the black fungus and slice it.5. Beat the eggs in a bowl. 6. Put some black pepper powder in a small bowl, add vinegar to dissolve the black pepper powder.

7. Place the pot on fire, pour in chicken stock or water if you don't have any, bring to a boil first with tofu, then add mushroom strips, ham strips, and black fungus strips.
8. Boil for a moment, season with soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt,
9. Then thicken the soup with water starch.
10. While stirring continuously with a spoon, pour in the beaten egg gradually.
11. Add the dissolved black pepper vinegar at this point.

12. Garnish with coriander sprigs and chili threads before serving.
