Bacon Roast Potatoes
Although potatoes are rich in starch, they remain a favorite of many,Roasted potatoes have the best flavor among them. These bacon-roasted potatoes are fresh and delicious. Small potatoes must be chosen for roasting to achieve the best taste; large potatoes cut into slices cannot produce such flavors. Main ingredients: 6 small potatoes, 3 slices of bacon
Seasonings:
Tomato sauce Appropriate amount Black pepper A little bit Roast Meat sauce Appropriate amount
Steps:
1. Wash the small potatoes and boil them until they can be pierced with a fork.
2. Remove from heat, drain the water, let cool to touch before peeling off the skin and set aside.
3. Cut the bacon to fit around the potatoes.



4. Secure the bacon roll at the seam using toothpicks; this also makes it easier to eat, one per person.
5. Arrange on a baking tray and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
6. Place in a preheated oven at 180℃Oven Middle rack, bake until the surface is golden and the bacon has rendered its oil.
