Main ingredients: fresh shrimp, pork lean meat , dried rice flour, red radish, eggs in appropriate quantities Seasonings: coriander, scallions, garlic cloves, cornstarch, salad oil as needed Seasoning ingredients: curry powder, curry oil, oyster sauce, wine, salt, sugar, chicken powder as needed Steps: 1 Remove the shells from the fresh shrimp, soften the dried rice flour, and marinate the pork lean meat strips with salt, sugar, and cornstarch.
