How to Make Curry Chicken and Potatoes?

Ingredients:
oil, salt, spicy curry powder (Weike Mei brand),potato one, green onion one stalk,three yellow chicken half a piece, plus more ginger(not in the photo)

Steps:
1,chicken cut into pieces and simmer with ginger chunks and green onion segments in water to infuse the fragrance.
2|Remove chicken from the pot, keep a small bowl of broth for later use.
3|potato cut into cubes, fry the potato first in hot oil since the chicken has been cooked separately.
4|add the curry and salt, along with the previously kept broth, plus some cooking wine if desired. Stir-fry until it thickens, then serve.
